Learning Agreement Eu

We never change the agreements stored on this service and do not share them with other parties, except those that specifically designated users. The aim dream-agreement.eu tool is to help the coordinators of international relations between universities (IRC) and students to save considerable time in the implementation and sharing of Erasmus learning agreements, in order to improve the overall efficiency of the student exchange process. Once an agreement has been deleted, a copy remains in the backup archive for a limited time – a backup created just before deletion is kept for up to 4 weeks. At the end of this period, the backup archives will be safely deleted and the deletion will not be cancelled. Any use of the European emblem by us is in accordance with the administrative agreement with the Council of Europe on the use of the European emblem by third parties (2012/C 271/04). The European emblem is used exclusively for reference to the ERASMUS programme. Please note that we do not benefit from this and that there is no link between us and any of the institutions, bodies, agencies, agencies and bodies of the European Union or the Council of Europe. The objective of the project is to enable students to prepare their learning agreements under an online system that will allow them to contact the detachment and hospitality coordinators of higher education institutions to finalize, approve and sign the document online. This process therefore transfers a paper workflow, which depends on timely mailings for signature purposes, into an online system that allows students to save a lot of time in preparing for their studies abroad and to create an increased degree of flexibility and efficiency in revising the learning agreement.

The online software will also allow higher education institutions to integrate learning agreement management processes to improve the efficiency of the licensing and management process, giving staff time to work on other activities in international relations or improve the quality of credit mobility. Normally, several parties (student, detachment coordinator, reception coordinator) have access to the same agreement. Once all parties involved have abandoned access to the agreement (by pressing the “Delete” button), the agreement will be removed. Apprenticeship agreements established for this semester as well as apprenticeship agreements for internships are now available via the old OLA platform. In 2015, ESN joined the European Foundation for Higher Education (EUF) initiative, the Online Learning Agreement, which would develop a tool for students and universities that could be used online for the creation and signing of a learning agreement. In May 2017, the OLA was created to demonstrate the concept of experimentation and adoption of higher education institutions. The EUF has launched another project, OLA, which has added new features to the platform, such as apprenticeship agreements for internships and measuring user satisfaction. This result is achieved by a party to the agreement (preferably the student, see below) that introduces the agreement and notifies the other contracting parties. All three parties have access to the display and processing of the content of the agreement, as well as the addition of electronic signatures to the document.

To ensure optimal protection of the student`s personal data, we recommend that the student initiate the contract process and inform the sending and receiving coordinators, ensuring that the agreement is shared only with the coordinators, including only the official international email addresses of the universities concerned.
